Why isn't the AI bot responding to messages?
The AI bot may not be responding because AI Standby Mode (human-in-the-loop) is enabled. This feature controls whether conversations are handled automatically by AI or manually by human agents.
Understanding AI Standby Mode

When ON (Grey toggle): Human-in-the-loop is active
AI bot responses are disabled
Messages require human agent responses
Ideal for complex cases needing human attention
When OFF (Blue toggle): AI bot mode is active
AI automatically responds to messages
A green banner shows "The bot is active"
Enables automated customer support
How to Toggle AI Standby Mode

Find the toggle switch in the message history panel
2.
The toggle colors indicate:
Grey = Human mode (AI Standby ON)
Blue = Bot mode (AI Standby OFF)

Click the toggle to switch between modes
