The user interface has three main elements:The top bar: Located at the top of the screen, the top bar displays your organization name on the left and user profile settings on the right. This area provides quick access to your account options, including User Account settings and Logout functionality.
The side panel: Located on the left side of the screen, the side panel contains the main navigation menu with key sections: Organization, Contact, Virtual Assistant, Workflows, Knowledge Base, Prompt and Question and Answers (Q&A).
The content area: The main section of the screen displays detailed information based on your selected menu item. The header shows your current location and navigation breadcrumbs.
